Morning Booster Shot

Here’s another quick and easy add-in for your morning. Prep on Sunday and sip through the week!

Full of anti-inflammatory, immune enhancing and metabolism boosting ingredients.

In a large-mouth 32 oz Mason jar,

Combine:

  • Juice of 6 limes (or 4 lemons)

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 1-inch of ginger sliced

  • and a few shakes of cayenne pepper.

  • Fill to the top with filtered water.

Pop it in the fridge.

Shake, strain and pour a few ounces to sip on an empty stomach each morning.

It’s like a slightly sour, sweet, spicy lemonade! ENJOY!
