“I highly recommend it. First of all, Loren, is such an inspiration person to learn with. She is so welcoming, so soft, and she really embraces the yogini lifestyle. Also, the class structure is perfect…There is a good balance between physical, intellectual, and spiritual work…

I didn’t do it to teach. I did it to deepen my own practice. And honestly, it has given me so much. And the intensive week to connect with people on a deeper level and talk about so many things beyond yoga was an incredible experience. And Cambutal is just a dream come true. I wish that everyone could do it at least once in their life.”

~Anouck, Flow Yoga International Graduate

“My experience with Loren and with Kate was impeccable. They are some of the finest teachers, human beings on the planet. The curriculum is intense but it’s manageable. The way Loren has structured it, it really reads and comes across in a way that unfolds like a beautiful story…It’s truly a beautiful experience. It’s beyond yoga. It’s beyond Ayurvedic cooking. It’s beyond beautiful beaches in Panama. It’s beyond everything you think a yoga training is going to be and it becomes this culmination of hope and spirit and love and light, with some yoga sprinkled in. It’s a beautiful gift that they give and I hope that you take the opportunity to give it to yourself.”

~Wendy, RYT, Flow Yoga International Graduate

“I had gone to a class with Kate Jones, and I was not only captivated by the asana that we did in her class but also by the feeling that I experienced while doing yoga. It was more than just the movements for me. And I decided to embark on learning a little bit more about yoga…It really was a spiritual experience, at least for me…Through the guidance of Loren and Kate, this yoga teacher training was one of the most amazing experiences for me. We really learned a lot more about what yoga entails. But it was more than that. It was an experience where you cracked open as a human and it was more about a personal journey for each and every one of us. I can’t say enough about the program, the curriculum that Loren wrote, and also about just being with other women going through this experience together. I feel like if you are someone that is looking for a teacher training program, this is the one for you. You will learn so much about yoga. You will learn so much about yourself. And the bond that you create with these people is really unbreakable.”
