3 Daily Wins
I read somewhere that in order to feel like we had a great day every day, we need 3 daily wins:
a physical win,
a spiritual win, and
a mental win.
With a seemingly never ending to-do list, adding things into what we should do each day may seem daunting. However, if you can find a win in each of these categories, it will make the day that much more positive, productive and keep the inspiration flowing for all the other pieces of your day. Find practices that suit you and your lifestyle!
Here’s a few ideas but don’t limit yourself:
PHYSICAL WINS- exercise, go to a yoga class, go for a walk, eat a healthy snack or cook a healthy meal, get a good nights sleep, take a nap, get a massage or facial, nourish your body with conscious skincare
MENTAL WINS- learn something new, take a course, read, write in your journal, engage in intellectual conversation, organize your home, organize your calendar
SPIRITUAL WINS- meditate, keep a gratitude journal, practice mindfulness, go to a spiritual group gathering (church, moon circle, whatever speaks to you), volunteer in selfless service, connect with nature
Why not start today? Pick something from each category that flows in your day and feels true to you. Make it a habit and watch how your life transforms!
