200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our 2024 program has filled. Please stay tuned for 2025 dates.

In today's world climate, we are, more than ever, in need of souls searching for their true purpose. Do you feel the pull to do more, feel more, and live more authentically?

If you answered yes, then it's time to take action!

The Flow Yoga International 200-hour Teacher Training Program will provide each trainee with what is needed to creatively, mindfully, and confidently share the art of yoga from a genuine place of love and deep understanding. Whether you plan to share the practice of yoga as a teacher, or are looking for a path for your own personal healing, this course holds space for it all.

Our curriculum is thoughtfully organized to provide a strong foundation in anatomy, proper asana alignment, and effective class sequencing, while our experienced instructors encourage each trainee to find their authentic voice and ability to deliver a unique, flowing practice. Through the knowledge of the history and philosophy of yoga, trainees of our course can expect to better understand the traditional lifestyle of yoga and how to weave these ancient teachings into today’s world.
